1. I now hate using my tablet! The now "invisible" long press is a nightmare, the second (new) Android menu is a mess, the "multiselect" option is NOT user friendly, pasting via the clipboard icon is a mess, as the clipboard icon is absent from the menu bar until you activate the drop down menu, and then the clipboard icon appears in the menu bar BEHIND the drop down menu, which I discovered by dismissing it.

2. The long press action does not highlight the file name anymore even though it is selected and the screen shifts down, therefore making it very easy to deselect what you just selected.I agree with Shawn Fritz! This was a fine app until the 22 Nov 2019 update.

3. This app was very user friendly until the 11/21/2019 update, which introduced a second Android menu (right corner dots) which has made this app very difficult to use.

4. It's also not user-friendly (I have it since years).This app is the best 👌 so far, bn searching, trying and testing many apps,had wanted to forget it, but when I came across this, it's a whao!!! I recommend it, I urge the team to keep it up,do not rest on your oars, more improvements, so the whole world will see how good it is and download it, so far so good.

1. Fix OI File Manager Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart OI File Manager: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the OI File Manager App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "OI File Manager" » Open OI File Manager » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for OI File Manager » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear OI File Manager app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from OI File Manager servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "OI File Manager" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check OI File Manager app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, OI File Manager might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall OI File Manager. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall OI File Manager then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing OI File Manager not working

2. Fix OI File Manager Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make OI File Manager be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to OI File Manager not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, OI File Manager may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
