Why should I report an Issue with Dark Social?

1. Needs work.I don't know how to react or rate then in others story like , i m not able to rate them in "yes " or "no" type thing ... And then suddenly an notification appears ... And the shows that ... You should download this app and .. Then if i click on yen then it's suddenly gets blank on my screen .it's bit slower than orignal one and doesn't zoom any of pic/video on insta neither share posts on your stories.. otherwise kinda liking this app, just found some of these trashes hopefully the authority will help improving this too .. thanks!There are some problems.if i refresh notification panel it shows newsfeed!some times if i refresh newsfeed it becomes black then i hv to refresh again.

2. Also when you go to log In to Facebook, it asks for your email and password as usual but after you've entered your info and click log-in it's just keeps redirecting you back to the exact same login screen.. Absolute trash app.This app is terrible.

3. Won't use it until I can turn off insta.Its a good app and if you can't override dark mode on apps like in android 10 then it is for you.

4. Tho I would love to see the dark mode for snapchat and other social media apps.

5. I have a Samsung S7 and this app has never shown any difficulties before, I really like it because I can't activate dark mode in the android settings so this app was quite useful.

6. It used to be all Black which was great but with a huge White blocked out Navigation bar, you can't see anything or figure out which link is which.

7. I was trying to find a way to download a dark mode/night mode on my phone so it would be better to see.

8. Something went wrong with your update.With the new update my app has a blank white bar at the top where the notifications bar normally is.

10. What's with the Whited out Navigation bar? It never used to do that? Apparently other people have this same issue.

1. Fix Dark Social Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Dark Social: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Dark Social App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Dark Social" » Open Dark Social » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Dark Social » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Dark Social app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Dark Social servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Dark Social" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Dark Social app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Dark Social might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Dark Social. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Dark Social then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Dark Social not working

2. Fix Dark Social Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Dark Social be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Dark Social not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Dark Social may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
