Why should I report an Issue with WWWJDIC for Android?

3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. My only complaint is that I wish the favorites menu could be reordered (alphabetical, manual, etc).Still a great application overall, but a bug in 2.5.X onwards means it no longer connects to Kanji Recognizer (says you must download even if already installed - reinstalling/clearing cache etc.

2. Bug 2: When rotating from landscape into portrait and then back into landscape, the widget gets stuck on displaying "Loading..." Bug 3: Kanji in the widget is way too small, especially in landscape mode, it could use some bigger font size.

1. Fix WWWJDIC Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart WWWJDIC: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the WWWJDIC App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "WWWJDIC" » Open WWWJDIC for Android » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for WWWJDIC » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear WWWJDIC for Android app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from WWWJDIC servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "WWWJDIC for Android" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check WWWJDIC app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, WWWJDIC might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall WWWJDIC. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall WWWJDIC then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing WWWJDIC not working

2. Fix WWWJDIC Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make WWWJDIC be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to WWWJDIC not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, WWWJDIC may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
