1. You do not want to see these people to understand the words of Allah wrongly.Terrible. Whose idea is it to reduce the functionality of this app through this update? Please allow us to restore the old version which allows us to select the qaari we want, and to also be able to simultaneously listen and read the Qur'an.

2. I will now be a lot less likely to use it because of ads, You need to provide an option to select a script or a font for the majority of the non-arabic speaking/reading muslims of the world, so that they have the correct punctuation, and stop signs, enabling them to read the Quran correctly.

3. I would like to be able to increase and decrease the font size, other wise the app gets 5 stars,I try to learn my surah but the ads come every 5 seconds.Its really annoying.It distracts me from learning.Very inappropriate things appear and it drives me crazy.

4. I installed other quran apps because of this.Please change this I couldn't even learn ONE ayaat in an hour because of the ads .I do not recommend this app👎👎👎It's terrible.Excellent app, identical to another except free to download audio and colour coded text.

6. I switched it back to storage and it still wouldn't play but yet the files still remains in my internal storage (unplayable)Update has ruined it.

7. I went ahead to chose my sd card in the eQuran settings as where audios should be downloaded and the app went ahead to save it on my internal storage.

8. Please restore or give us the option to use the old version.There are so many mistakes in the translations.

9. It gives easy access and navigation but it is also the duty and responsibility of the developer to ensure to the best of his ability, that the translation is also good.

10. Reciter options have disappeared, can only either listen or read (could do both before).

11. The script was easier to read, listening to ayahs was easier and even the colour-coded tajweed rules were helpful.

1. Fix Quran Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Quran: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Quran App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Quran" » Open Quran for Android - eQuran » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Quran » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Quran for Android - eQuran app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Quran servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Quran for Android - eQuran" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Quran app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Quran might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Quran. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Quran then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Quran not working

2. Fix Quran Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Quran be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Quran not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Quran may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
