This would be a great app for people who are sick of not having an app that let's them print straight from their phone to a printer, but after years of dealing with multiple brands of android phones and HP and Canon printers, I got smart and bought an Epson that hasn't failed to print over wifi yet.

2. Now it's just a hassle.What a useless app, on a brother laser multifuncion about 25% of the time says failed no network and then never cancels the print so have to go to printer to cancel which then takes ages.

3. On first use, you have to agree to terms and conditions, which I read and considered to be reasonable.It works, but not exactly as expected ... The pictures seem to get resized, however, not that it would represent, what the pictures originally show ... off-center and slightly enlarged ... pictures get cut in places you don't want! A portrait might get an ear cut off on one side, as an example ... Either you can fix this, or I'll look for another printer.

1. Fix Mopria Print Service Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Mopria Print Service: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Mopria Print Service App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Mopria Print Service" » Open Mopria Print Service » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Mopria Print Service » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Mopria Print Service app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Mopria Print Service servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Mopria Print Service" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Mopria Print Service app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Mopria Print Service might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Mopria Print Service. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Mopria Print Service then reinstall.
