1. I want my money back! Updated on 28/11/2019 - still crashing, i want my money back! The developer tried to be helpful and sending me into loops to try this and try that uninstalled 3-4 times reinstalled, sent screen captures, uploaded requested data files, but I am sick of to be used as a beta tester... I WANT MY MONEY BACK!Most of the functions have stopped working.This app needs a visual rework!Tried update and doesn't work.

2. When compared to the free version unfortunately this app if just as fiddly , the screen graphics and shift title options substandard and the over all ease of use difficult.Free version superb so why not pay the developer.

3. I would need to click on it several times to correct itAfter using the free shift worker app and finding it very useful I decided to upgrade.

1. Fix MyShiftWork Pro Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart MyShiftWork Pro: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the MyShiftWork Pro App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "MyShiftWork Pro" » Open MyShiftWork Pro » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for MyShiftWork Pro » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear MyShiftWork Pro app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from MyShiftWork Pro servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "MyShiftWork Pro" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check MyShiftWork Pro app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, MyShiftWork Pro might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall MyShiftWork Pro. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall MyShiftWork Pro then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing MyShiftWork Pro not working

2. Fix MyShiftWork Pro Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make MyShiftWork Pro be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to MyShiftWork Pro not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, MyShiftWork Pro may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
