1. Now, when I go to tag a photo, typing in the name does not pull up the profile, I have to scroll through an alphabetical list of ALL my family members' profiles...literally every generation I've ever worked on in the entire tree! I'm trying to tag a sister whose first name starts with "P." Scrolling through hundreds, if not thousands of names, because typing in her name did not pull up any P names.Easy to use, missing a couple features.
2. Ive been using it off and on for years now { i keep having to creat a new account because i didnt have old log in info} to make a family tree, search ancestory history and keep records of it all in one place.
3. i use it for every day things like activities and fun family moments when I dont necessarily want to share every aspect of our life on social media. It's a great app but I don't know how to get some pictures of people I don't know out so other family members can possibly identify then.
4. I would really like for it to record video, however, as I know the power family home videos can have in unifying a family and creating special memories that can last for years. This is an excellent program for researching your family's history.
5. Plus you have all these other wonderful people in the background that help you by giving you hints to see if there are more family members that you didnt know about.
6. The only thing I would change right now is a feature to upload your own audio recordings like you can on the website. The updated version is amazing.I LOVE the family search app.
7. I love how this saves memories for my family, creating our own stories to share with each other.
8. Your history can be displayed in a number of different ways, such as a pedigree chart, a Family Tree, as a story timeline, etc.
9. I HIGHLY RECCOMENDi love using this app to record family happenings.
10. Also it is a great app to link records to family members.
11. This app includes access to some of the largest databases in the World for researching your ancestors.I love this app and the ability to record memories from prompt questions.
