1. The front four elements on the stack are visible at all times, making it much easier to keep track of where you are in your calculations.
2. Oh, and here's the privacy policy: RpnCalc never collects any private data of any sort.
3. RpnCalc has a sixteen-level stack to hold more data.
4. "Calculator tape" records your calculations and can be shared via email, bluetooth, etc.
5. RpnCalc is the best RPN calculator on the Android Market.
6. It never connects to the internet. It doesn't even run ads.
1. A big enhancement would be a way to view what is in each memory slot It would be nice to work fractions, and macros might be good but I cannot really complain.Of all the available RPN calculator apps, this one achieves perfection.
2. It is PERFECT! Keyboard is nice size and rotates screen to landscape, making everything very quick and easy to find.
3. One is an empty screen when fired up, but it appears as a running app in the task list with icon, title and option button, but blank content in the task list.
4. The other is the real deal with all the bells and whistles, which takes over the screen, and as a scaled down image in the task list.
5. But at 4* I love it.Everything you need in an rpn calculator but with the added advantage of seeing the whole stack of values (Z T Y registers).
6. If I launch the REAL one first, then the EMPTY one, the empty instance will bot appear in the task list.
7. RPN (Reverse Polish Notation) with a memory stack is superior to algebraic notation, as it lets you see results as you progress through a problem.
8. The phone's motion sensor, near the top of the phone, keeps getting set off as my left hand waves over it when pressing buttons on the calc.
9. 'Landscape' rotates it so the top of the phone is on left side of the app.
10. If only 'landscape' rotated 45 degrees in the OPPOSITE direction, then the left hand wont set it off.
11. Love it in landscape mode but got used to it in portrait.
