Why should I report an Issue with The Astral World?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.
2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of DuoSoft to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. It doesn't make sense most of the time because of the use of the wrong words, confusing sentences, definitely needs an edit! I'll do it!I'd give 4 Stars but it's allot to Read sometimes and I like to highlight my articles when I'm too busy to read and have my voice out loud reader read them and this app doesn't allow you to do that because you can't highlight the text.

2. But someone tried to put alot of effort into appVery Hard to Actually follow along to any of the lessons regarding opening the third eye or explaining anything as a matter of fact... Not trying to be Rude by any means, I do really like the layout of the App, that part is good.

3. The part I dont like is as I mentioned prior, the lessons dont include nearly enough detail or actual helpful direction while trying to follow along.

4. Some near-duplicate titles but tons of good information presented in a way that an older learner such as myself can grasp the first time.

6. Truthfully alot of what is said is had to understand/translate across and get the actual intended meaning/lesson.The writer's English is poor, but I understand most of it.

8. Looks like someone did a hit of acid or smoked a big bowl while making this app!I Googled " what is the Russian spelling for english " and looked for that spelling in the app settings.

9. Yes it's a rough and choppy translation, but after I read more of it, the info on anomalous zones is both intriguing and terrifying.

10. I don't agree with all after-life and after death rituals in this so far, but note that its an app of Russian origin, things always vary per culture, and per individual.

1. Fix The Astral World Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart The Astral World: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the The Astral World App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "The Astral World" » Open The Astral World » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for The Astral World » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear The Astral World app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from The Astral World servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "The Astral World" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check The Astral World app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, The Astral World might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall The Astral World. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall The Astral World then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing The Astral World not working

2. Fix The Astral World Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make The Astral World be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to The Astral World not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, The Astral World may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
