Why should I report an Issue with Highlighter?

1. Sorry to say that but it was my worse experienceThis is a pile of sh*te...!! It does not open your PDF, just a blank page with a ruler icon at the top and a circle icon to change the with of highlighter... Then it "highlights" in an empty page.. When ticking OK your PDF is replaced by the blank page with your "highlights" ... I tried with different PDF... Same shite.. DO NOT INSTALL!!You can't zoom in on the section you need to highlight.

2. But a bit of features need to be added that is to save the edited pages in files or documents to avoiding it not to miss and another one is to create folder by selecting.The highlighter blurs the text too much that i find it hard to read even though i used light color like yellow.

3. Can you please help with this, am I missing something? Other than this barrier, it gets a 5 star, but not being able to zoom in is pointless.Its very easy, i have to mark in a book but not able to do in more than a page.

4. Is pretty nice.It's not a bad app but there's not a lot of color choices and the words that are highlighted are not as legible so in other words if the text is black, when you highlight the words you lose some of the blackness.

5. But a very good app for highlighting anything.The app itself is ok, but in a document you don't have the option to zoom in while you highlight.

6. But the fact that the highlighter makes straight lines are great and the multiple options you can chose like notes, highlighting ect.

7. It doesn't provide a lot of features, but it asks to go premium and shows full screen ads if you're connected to the internet...it happens every time you open a new pic for editing.Just a wastage of time.

11. You can't save the item to your phone either so I save the item to Google Photos and then in Google Photos I download to my phone.This app is EXACTLY what I need.

1. Fix Highlighter Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Highlighter: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Highlighter App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Highlighter" » Open Highlighter » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Highlighter » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Highlighter app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Highlighter servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Highlighter" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Highlighter app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Highlighter might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Highlighter. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Highlighter then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Highlighter not working

2. Fix Highlighter Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Highlighter be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Highlighter not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Highlighter may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
