1. If in start only this much problem so what about future and other things 😏Shary plans cheating me, dont take shary plans..... If u r dont paid one month bill after not cancelation is not possible or next month bill will keeep coming, but u only get bill no data and calls & msges What is the disadvantage of postpaid? Cons of postpaid plans You have to sign a contract that locks you in for a certain period, and you may face early termination fees or penalties if you want to switch or cancel.

I thought not to give even one star, very worst service, emergency purpose I was purchased 3RO plan More talks with one week validity on 07.06.2023 and received message from Ooredoo thank you subscription but still it is not activated and last 4 days I have been continuously followed up with outlets and several times contacted calls center, still their IT teams are finding out the technical problems.
3. Finally, i got that rule has been changed! Why no respect to our time & ebergy?! Why u dont inform in the sms?! Even admin in instagram did not appologize! All these made me disappointedFirst impression is the last impression I purchased new sim, But there is quick login problem.so many time tried but not received any OTP.

5. They change the rule but they dont inform at all anywhere, in site, app or by sms...! I always activated an offer without balance, since a few weeks ago many times i tried & i recieved this meaningless sms and my friend also👇 Sorry, your subscription was not successful.
6. So guys I informed you are not purchase any Ooredoo products because this company customer support not good waiste of money and time .
7. You also have to pay a monthly bill that may include taxes, surchargesIt needs Mobile data turned on for using the app, and you can use it with wifi and i had to pay 10bz per mb for using the app.
8. Pls revert the change and allow the app to open with any networkThey are charging extra money even if you have plans to call and internet.
9. In my case I have calls to India and have internet that's the only thing I'm using and still they are charging for something and I don't even use any servicesOoredoo is doing some gimmick that they are providing 4G services in Duqm.
10. Another issue is that the app will mention that I have a few Gigabytes of data left but then I receive a text message saying that I ran out of data which confuses me.
11. What a pity! Once we write something here, They will forward the concerns to someone who doesnt exist!!I'm trying to get a bundle of data and the stupid app tells me there is no enough balance.
