I would also like to be able to launch articles to my preferred browser.I can't believe I never thought to look for an app to download for this site till just this morning 🙄🤦 ♀️ This is gonna save me so much time & save me from forgetting to remind myself to check my emails for updates thru out the day.

2. You start to read an article or look at a chart and an ad pops in that covers half the screen and you can't continue because only a couple of line show forget looking at a chart anymore.

4. They still haven't fixed the bug that keeps refreshing your screen making you start over with your scrolling down.The app is good with proper information.

5. The premium subscription isn't cheap and to not be able to view complete charts because of annoying ads that take up half the screen make it useless.

6. Otherwise it's a good app for looking at the charts for an accurate picture off how specific oil and gas prices and volumes are doing.

7. Lack of dashboard control means I have to do extra tapping to get access to the relevant data and can't bury the stuff I don't care about.

8. Am I the only one that has left a rating? Double weird.Gave it 4 stars initially, felt that was not fair, came back and gave it 5 because the app is really quite brilliant.

1. Fix OilPrice Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart OilPrice: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the OilPrice App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "OilPrice" » Open OilPrice: Energy News & Prices » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for OilPrice » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear OilPrice: Energy News & Prices app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from OilPrice servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "OilPrice: Energy News & Prices" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check OilPrice app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, OilPrice might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall OilPrice. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall OilPrice then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing OilPrice not working

2. Fix OilPrice Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make OilPrice be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to OilPrice not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, OilPrice may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
