What users are saying

1. after a recent update, it is very difficult to move the slider without swiping to the next article. Please don't play video ads with noise on startup, it's extremely annoying when they have always been silent picture ads.

2. Then after some time the original launch actually opens and replaces my screen viewVery disappointed at recent introduction of intrusive full screen video ads with sound when the app loads.

3. Will uninstall if video with sound at start up becomes the new default.Full screen video ads on startup that you can't dismiss? I understand the need for revenue for a free news app, but that's a step too far.

4. P.S. what's your business interest in the tax avoiding Chinese company, Temu? Your app has millions of Temu ads, which I thought was more to do with Google, but then you write an article about Temu! 🤮Since they have the video advert with volume on when the app is opened, this has made the app awful.

5. It takes time to get back to the 21st article to continue.Another rant about this app, its about my 50th try! Why Stuff can't you just get it on point for its not like the app is new! Silly things everytime you update it! Its so frustrating that every time I want to revert to old comments its not streamlined at all.

6. Update again: have moved to newshub too and much nicer app.The interactive images with slider to show before and after (made using flourish) used to work fine.

7. The only thing that frustrates me is the return to the first news item after reading say the 20th article.

8. Every time an article gets updated it will be forced to the top of the index.

9. I was okay with the multiple 30 second ads on the videos within news articles, even the fake news items that were actually clickbait for ads, but not this.

10. Update: still annoying everybody with noisy videos on startup when you're not expecting it.

11. If they articles get updated while you are reading one then when you hit back it will loose your place and take you back to the top of the index.
