Why should I report an Issue with World Weather - Rain Radar?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.
2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of v-appz-old to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. I like it overall but it does need some improvements - especially the forecast overseas like the UK & other countries - have found other apps that are more accurate with the weather forecast! Works great here in the USA - need to work on the overseas accuracy! The layout of the app is almost perfect!I really love this World Weather App! I liked it so much, that I bought the yearly subscription.

2. Also no need for weather to have a decimal point.I've searched through numerous weather apps, and downloaded, paid for and uninstalled all until I found this one.

5. But the radar doesn't work here in NigeriaSince rip currents are out there all the time on this coast I do not need a notification that they exist.

7. I love the webcam function - it finds SO many nearby webcams! Very nice for someone going out boating to see nearby ocean-side webcams, for example - and traffic cams are great too.

8. It worked perfectly when we were traveling to Bermuda and needed to keep track of the weather.

9. And the price to remove the discrete adds and get a few more features is absolutely acceptable.What tha ....?. App show diff temp to "notification bar".

1. Fix World Weather Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart World Weather: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the World Weather App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "World Weather" » Open World Weather - Rain Radar » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for World Weather » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear World Weather - Rain Radar app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from World Weather servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "World Weather - Rain Radar" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check World Weather app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, World Weather might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall World Weather. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall World Weather then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing World Weather not working

2. Fix World Weather Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make World Weather be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to World Weather not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, World Weather may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
