Why should I report an Issue with Squla?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.
2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of Squla to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. That's not acceptable for payed (not cheap) app, especially after I saw here other people had the same experience 2 years agoMy daughter loves It! And all additional touch things like quizzes via post or invited celebrities for new content make it absolutely worth the subscription fee.

2. Please fix it so I don't have to stop the subscription.The App does not work very well((( The game is not bad but it is very expensive for school hours!!! (When kids should be busy with it? During school pause s?) Try periode is also not possible (you can not stop the abonnement first 30 days, and should stop it 30 before the first possible stop-datum.

That's very frustrating.The children love it and they learn a lot!Good platform for our little one, but it's in my opinion "not done" to have hidden advertisements for a service with a (significant) premium fee: reading books to children in an exciting way and tell them to look for the book to find out how it ends.

5. I did not give the permission for automatic bank transfer but it is just happen! Not user friendly at all!Very unstable app, freezes constantly and many (unlocked) items do not open, only the wheel keeps spinning.

6. The content is absolutely great, but the app constantly freezes and even after force stopping the app I often only get it to work after doing this 6 or more times.

1. Fix Squla Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Squla: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Squla App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Squla" » Open Squla » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Squla » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Squla app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Squla servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Squla" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Squla app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Squla might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Squla. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Squla then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Squla not working

2. Fix Squla Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Squla be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Squla not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Squla may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
