1. I'm sad I have to stop using this app because of the difficulties it's giving me.Absolutely fantastic app, LOVE it!! There's 2 more things I would love to see... More color options for the notes (at least 4 more), and the ability to highlight text in said colors 😄 I noticed with the last update, that when you add one single picture to a note it's position is no longer centered, it's shifted to the left of the screen.

2. It is easy to use, holds and synchronizes a very large amount of notes, and the search feature almost always finds the note or notes I need to find (this is very important to me).

3. Super easy-to-use app, streamlined and uncluttered, love being able to create folders to put different notes in and color code the notes.

4. 2nd, to highlight or change the color of individual text would be wildly helpful to organize within the note!Best note app I've had, but I've got one note.

5. But that's just me and my need for maximum minimalism lol.) Edit: Oop didn't realize tapping on the icons selects the notes 🤦Love it! But can't underline or highlight.

6. With only bold and italics as options my notes end up with a lot of things that should be underlined being bold which ends up defeating the purpose of boldening.

7. First of all, I haven't found a way to manually organize notes (dragging them where you want them instead of time / alphabetical) which I would appreciate.

8. It is also able to copy and paste to and from notes, easily (this is also very important to me).

9. All of sudden some of my notes are graying out and not synchronizing or downloading saying text may be outdated.

10. Second of all, I haven't found a way to center the text to the middle or the left, and instead it's locked on the right, which I find very annoying.

11. For some reason, any note that I edit now gets moved from its folder into the main folder and if I'm typing something in a longer note, it keeps jumping down to the bottom of the note every few seconds.

1. Fix Notes Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Notes: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Notes App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Notes" » Open Notes » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Notes » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Notes app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Notes servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Notes" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Notes app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Notes might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Notes. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Notes then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Notes not working

2. Fix Notes Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Notes be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Notes not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Notes may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
