This app is not good for download because it's no commands or features are working.. hateful, abusive and garbage, nothing else..Good reference app but huge battery drainer even when running in background so uninstalled.i real like this app it help me very much in my class and not even class itme know order world and their meaning and it help me in exams and test i can say much now good byeNice app but doesn't keep records of searches for offline useInformation and Very EducativeMust include all regional languagesI just downloaded it and have been for only two research.

1. Fix Encyclopedia Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Encyclopedia: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Encyclopedia App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Encyclopedia" » Open Encyclopedia » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Encyclopedia » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Encyclopedia app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Encyclopedia servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Encyclopedia" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Encyclopedia app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Encyclopedia might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Encyclopedia. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Encyclopedia then reinstall.
