Why should I report an Issue with Shortz - Chat Stories by Zedge?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.
2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of Zedge to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

It kinda reminds me of Quibi (I was among the 10 or so people that actually subscribed)The app is good but only problem is payment I don't think that people are going to pay for reading it would be good if you add a feature something like you have to watch five or seven ads before you watch the second episode and then again for the third episode you have to watch ads and so on i think it would be a great idea pls give a feedback i am waiting for the future updatesI definitely like the stories that I did start to read but after the first chapter it won't let you continue without paying and I'm sorry but that's BS.

2. Today, I started reading a story & when the screen popped up asking for money I was appalled! Less than 10$ for an ENTIRE YEAR! That's highway robbe≠ wait! NO IT ISN'T!! It's really cheap! For really good stories too! I am so hooked!Though I have just left a negative review on your flagship app (due to the 3 day trial not being a trial at all).

I think it would attract more people that way.I like your game but i just wanted you to know that i deleted your game and re-installed it again because i got confused after i reached episode 4, it went back to episode one, little did i know it was S2, at least you could have told me, and also i would like it if you could add some choices, that would really mean a lot to me, Maybe after that, i might come back and rate your game five stars, besides that, your game is cool 😘.The app is better than most other similar "adware first, content second" apps, if only the app would work properly.

4. And I like how I can keep reading and go to the next story without having to wait for a time limit and or having to pay for a subscription and or having to to sign up or anything.I wrote a bad review about Shortz.

5. Another type of story reading can be included besides the audio & chat ie., interactive stories.

6. I find this app so cool and entertaining its like secretly reading other people's text messages.

7. You guys should make it like you have to wait a certain amount of time before your aloud to read the next chapter or you can pay, not just you have to pay.

8. Since I have no desire to cancel the 1 year subscription I just purchased for shorts I am unable to evaluate whether the trial period here actually serves as a trial or not.

9. But the only reason i'm not giving five stars is because they should have a secondary way to unlock the next chapters.

10. Like watch a certain amount of ads or earn keys by watching ads or something like that.

11. The only problem that I have with is that to unlock the new app you need to watch an ad.

1. Fix Shortz Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Shortz: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Shortz App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Shortz" » Open Shortz - Chat Stories by Zedge » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Shortz » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Shortz - Chat Stories by Zedge app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Shortz servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Shortz - Chat Stories by Zedge" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Shortz app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Shortz might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Shortz. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Shortz then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Shortz not working

2. Fix Shortz Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Shortz be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Shortz not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Shortz may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
