Archive Track Reader Customer Insights

1. I'm not going to stop using it of course because like I said I love it and it's super convenient but the scroll lag messes up the reading experience way more than you'd think.

2. Super slow to respond, scrolling works sporadically, if you touch a button something on the other side of your screen gets pressed instead, sometimes it will only scroll a paragraph then you have to exit and come back to read more.

3. I still love the app and prefer it over using my phone browser, but until this is fixed, it stays at 3 stars.I love the community and the fanfiction is great! But the app lags.

4. Whenever I open it, I get "Error while getting data from Ao3: Trust Failure." Loading stories in or to go to a different page takes double the time it used to.

5. Also, I feel that having a notifications option to let creaters know when they get kudos' instead of an email, and an option to choose the app notifications is a great thing to add.Love the content of the app.

6. Won't let you return to the previous page if you exit out of the app and come back, so it's a bit frustrating to have to filter the search results all over again after finishing a fic.I love this app, but I have had a few problems.

7. But i would love to reinstall it again and give it another go when bugs are fixed.I love ao3! But, the app is just really slow, and glitchy, and honestly I don't see why we would use the app instead of just opening it up in a browser.

8. When first opening the app I sit on a blank white page for minutes, when it finally gets to the main page it becomes unresponsive and crashes.

9. I dislike how if I put an entire work mode on standby while I'm using another app and come back to it a few hours later, it will automatically return to the top of the page and not where I left off.

10. I hate the browser on my phone for reading but at this point anything is better.Unfortunately i didnt get the full experience of the app.

11. Also, having to pick up from the start instead of where I left off every time I enter the app, makes it unpleasant and difficult to use.

  • Hi. I was wondering if I would be able to reset the password for my account. I accidentally logged out and it keeps saying that my password is incorrect and I can't remember what it could be. If not, would you be able to tell me my password? I am fairly sure that y cloud account is linked to the email I provided. My username should be geeky1637 or Geeky1637. Thank you for your help!

  • "Ao3Track Sync" account does not sync between devices, works saved on one device do not show on another.

I have attempted to sync, refresh, log in and out, and delete all saved works, but nothing has worked.
