Why should I report an Issue with Smile and Learn?

I think they can improve in those areas but I still give it 5 starts because my daughter likes it and she is learning a lot of different things while playing.I installed it and the first thing it makes you do is register an account so I entered my email address and created a password, when accepting the user agreement it redirects to the browser for the full agreement but there are no buttons on the page so I return to the app and there is no option to continue with creating the account.

Very disappointing !No much learning games for the kids to learn and play.most of the games are locked until you subscribed and the learning games are don't encourage kids to learn more and have fun learningMy kid loves it and they learn so many things! I have not found a better educational platform, and I completely recommend it :)Really useful.

3. The app has hundreds of different games where the kids can learn a lot fo different things from numbers and letters, to emotions and math.

4. My kids are enjoying learning with the appI downloaded the app and its not working all I can see is a blue screen with an option to mute and choose language.

5. Only instruction is to cancel under subscriptions in google play.. How can i cancel if its not there!!!I subscribed and still don't have access to all material I sent an email and after 1 week there is no answer.

1. Fix Smile and Learn Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Smile and Learn: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Smile and Learn App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Smile and Learn" » Open Smile and Learn » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Smile and Learn » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Smile and Learn app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Smile and Learn servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Smile and Learn" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Smile and Learn app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Smile and Learn might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Smile and Learn. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Smile and Learn then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Smile and Learn not working

2. Fix Smile and Learn Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Smile and Learn be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Smile and Learn not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Smile and Learn may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
