1. It's very flexible for seniors who are at varying points on the spectrum of cognitive ability.I miss many Grandpad phone and video calls - even though my smartphone is in front of my face, or in my lap.

7. However, pictures have suddenly disappeared that were posted throughout the week?? Idk if admins can delete pictures and comments or something, but suddenly it's saying people who previously had pictures up, have "no photos yet".

8. Other than that it works fine.My mom loves her grandpad and the app makes it easier for me to stay connected to her as we are in different states.

9. Making calls on smart phones was hard - they don't hear well, plus the small swiping motions on screens were difficult.

10. You also can't delete said recordings from the app....is there somewhere you can delete them from? Another thing that the app should have is the ability to remotely reboot the GrandPad if you're the admin account.

11. For some reason it's not sending or receiving any calls video or standard at the moment.

1. Fix GrandPad Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart GrandPad: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the GrandPad App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "GrandPad" » Open GrandPad » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for GrandPad » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear GrandPad app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from GrandPad servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "GrandPad" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check GrandPad app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, GrandPad might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall GrandPad. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall GrandPad then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing GrandPad not working

2. Fix GrandPad Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make GrandPad be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to GrandPad not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, GrandPad may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
