1. There are other helpful free and paid ad ons as well, some for issues, others for praying Biblically.Too complicated! Totally defeated my intended purpose, which was to have a quick and simple way to record a prayer request that someone might tell me, or to save something I think of in the course of my day.

Typing into my phone is slowest, and I don't always take the time to do it in the middle of a rapid push through my inbox.I've been wanting to pray more and more specifically and I have tried so many things from getting up earlier to staying up later to journals to apps and everything in between.

3. Feature request: provide an app for laptop or a browser login for my personal prayer content, so that when I'm sitting at my desk and receive prayer items via email, I can add them without having to open my phone.

4. A friend of mine also tried it and never used it for the same reasons.This app has been a great help to my prayer life.

5. I'm disappointed, because other than that, this app is the best of the apps that I've seen out there, and works full screen with Ipad (a couple other apps only work in lame "emulation" mode on partial screen, portrait only).

6. But since I've found PrayerMate my prayer life has taken off! I pray more often throughout the day with the reminders set at times I choose and the prayer cards are so helpful in prompting me to pray specifically.

9. In response to my original review that pointed it out, the actual developer reached out to me, and tried to help, but unfortunately the syncing is still hit and miss (mostly miss, sadly).

1. Fix PrayerMate Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart PrayerMate: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the PrayerMate App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "PrayerMate" » Open PrayerMate » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for PrayerMate » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear PrayerMate app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from PrayerMate servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "PrayerMate" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check PrayerMate app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, PrayerMate might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall PrayerMate. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall PrayerMate then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing PrayerMate not working

2. Fix PrayerMate Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make PrayerMate be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to PrayerMate not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, PrayerMate may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
