1. Since 16 April 2023 the app doesn't show any news,just a blank page,i have tired cleared cash and reinstall but nothing resolved the issueThe app keeps crashing all the time,i would rate it -5 if i could.

1. Fix Al Arabiya Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Al Arabiya: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Al Arabiya App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Al Arabiya" » Open Al Arabiya - العربية » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Al Arabiya » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Al Arabiya - العربية app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Al Arabiya servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Al Arabiya - العربية" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Al Arabiya app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Al Arabiya might not work.
