There are other solid features you get such as additional fields, business cards, pc/android viewing and editing of contacts ability to create groups, multi device use and it gets better with the subscription versions as you may need, although the basic free version is solid in its own right (ensure to login in at least once a month to keep your ability to change devices when needed, fair requirement).

2. All the services are already dose exist on the phone, plus big plus the app deleted around 2000 contact without noticing it until I was searching for some contacts, then I retrieved all from Google again.When uninstall the app , all the contract numbers remain same without name that means same as previous.

It was a pleasant surprise for me and I wish Team InTouch the very best :)Unless you don't expect any problems from random apps here and are ok with developers being of no help and will deny that your review is even true when in fact it happened! Yes, all contacts were lost but it was android's fault lol.. so basically you're just stuck without.

4. I find it easier to use than other contact apps and allows me to quickly call other numbers I see when browsing the Web etc.I had an issue with upgrading my account, while my email was also having issues.

5. It has been a literal versatile backup system for my contacts as i have switched many phones over that period and always had a solid backup of my contacts.

7. And that's all I can say because I was asked not to discuss it here "Clearly there's been a mistake" .. then blame all errors on other apps! LolIn short not recommended I thought it will be an app to manage the business relationships, but it's not I don't see the point of the app.

8. This app is absolute garbage, I cannot imagine why anyone would use it over your stock contacts app.Your app has serious problem, it unsyncs all contacts.

9. You should have adopted another way like showing ads videos to allow another 100 numbers.Have been using Intouch App successfully for over 5 years and counting.

10. Completely randomly, InTouch will just stop synching with my phone and lose all of my contact info.

11. There is no response at all, !! Imagine someone receiving calls with only phone numbers, from everyone though thier numbers are saved with us.

1. Fix InTouch Contacts & Caller ID Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart InTouch Contacts & Caller ID: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the InTouch Contacts & Caller ID App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "InTouch Contacts & Caller ID" » Open InTouch Contacts & Caller ID » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for InTouch Contacts & Caller ID » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear InTouch Contacts & Caller ID app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from InTouch Contacts & Caller ID servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "InTouch Contacts & Caller ID" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check InTouch Contacts & Caller ID app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, InTouch Contacts & Caller ID might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall InTouch Contacts & Caller ID. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall InTouch Contacts & Caller ID then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing InTouch Contacts & Caller ID not working

2. Fix InTouch Contacts & Caller ID Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make InTouch Contacts & Caller ID be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to InTouch Contacts & Caller ID not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
