1. The stickers, the backgrounds, the fonts, being able to store photos and cameras - it's been really good at letting me just dump stuff in one place and track my mood.

2. I love the voice memo and photo additions to entries! Only issue I'm having is the bullet points are glitched.

3. I absolutely love this app! I have a suggestion - it would be nice to have the option to make categories (or folders) that can be customized instead of one stream for all the entries.

4. Three clouds all set to automatically back up and you cam still lose the last two months.Even with the free version, I really like the app, so when they had the half-price sale for PRO, I just went for it - the ads were just too much.

5. You only have 3 background choices before you have to pay for the rest, but I love all the different (free) options while writing.

7. I used ONE while creating a list and it ruined my whole entry by adding mini bullet points to the beginning over and over and over.

8. Backing up on the cloud along with my own two personal clouds does not guarantee your entries will be saved.

1. Fix My Diary Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart My Diary: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the My Diary App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "My Diary" » Open My Diary - Daily Diary Journal » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for My Diary » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear My Diary - Daily Diary Journal app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from My Diary servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "My Diary - Daily Diary Journal" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check My Diary app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, My Diary might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall My Diary. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall My Diary then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing My Diary not working

2. Fix My Diary Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make My Diary be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to My Diary not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, My Diary may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
