1. I want to support a small Kansas business and I love Mpix's quality so I usually end up uploading my photos to cloud storage and downloading them on a desktop computer and using the Mpix website.

2. My suggestion would be to start in the upload photo section, which only allows two rows of photos to be shown and allows no ability to scrub to a specific time frame so uploading photos is a nightmare.

3. I can now access all photos and print all pictures from my thumbs instead of having to log onto the website, which is truly a privilege you don't realize till its gone.

4. Bunch of wasted time.I used the website/app for the first time less than a week ago to print my daughter's senior pics, and they literally came a few days later! I was already fine with their prices, but found a promo code and got an even better deal.

5. The most frustrating thing is that editing one photo (particularly the size) changes all other photos' details to match.

6. I've wasted an extraordinary amount of time on this app.This version is an improvement but still not as user friendly as other photo printing apps.

9. The slider used to resize photos is not great (why not pinch to zoom?), the tapping and dragging motion to move photos around is not responsive.

10. That being said, I do wish they could connect my app account to the website, so I can see the saved projects I have on my phone on the computer.

1. Fix Mpix Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Mpix: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Mpix App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Mpix" » Open Mpix: Prints and Photo Books » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Mpix » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Mpix: Prints and Photo Books app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Mpix servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Mpix: Prints and Photo Books" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Mpix app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Mpix might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Mpix. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Mpix then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Mpix not working

2. Fix Mpix Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Mpix be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Mpix not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Mpix may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
