Polly Customer Insights
1. Everytime you exit the app you have to restart, and when you don't exit the app it continuously crashes also making you restart.
2. When you open it, you also have to press a heart a couple times to even get to the main page which is ridiculous and not need at all!Just very buggy.
3. I tried making the same poll several times.
4. If I could give this app a 0 star rating I would! DO NOT download this app.
5. It's not worth your time.
Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Polly Issues
1. Fix Polly Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:
- Restart Polly: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
- Update the Polly App. Here is how:
- On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Polly" » Open Polly - Enjoyable Polls » click "Update".
- On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Polly » click "UPDATE".
- Clear Polly - Enjoyable Polls app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Polly servers.
- On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Polly - Enjoyable Polls" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
- Check Polly app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Polly might not work.
- Uninstall and reinstall Polly. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Polly then reinstall.
- Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Polly not working
2. Fix Polly Server issues & Internet Connection
- Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Polly be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
- Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Polly not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
- Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Polly may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
