1. They have prevented me from getting pictures of my baby's firsts because I HAVE TO WAIT TO CLOSE THE POPUP MOVING ADS (IT PUTS YOU ON A TIMER NOW!!) to quick launch my camera, and I MISS great moments!! I can't do anything on my phone until I close the ad because it takes up the whole screen before displaying the pop-up for the following day's weather.

2. I subscribed so I can get rid of the full page ads but when that didn't happen I unsubscribed almost immediately but they didn't refund me my initial payment of $5.99. So I paid for an app I don't even have installed on my phone because they lied when they claimed it will be ad free if I subscribe.

3. I tried erasing the cache data and etc., i uninstalled and reinstalled, i shut off my phone and restarted and more!!!!! This is so annoying!!!!!Had this app for a VERY long time and was very happy with it until the ads got out of control.

4. Be careful dealing with them.All the widgets for this app have been constantly crashing every thirty seconds!!! I can't get anything done because my phone is constantly notifying me about it.

5. Canceled subscription and will be uninstalling.I really like this app except when the ads override my phone sound when I have sound off (although my media volume is up).

1. Fix Amber Weather Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Amber Weather: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Amber Weather App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Amber Weather" » Open Amber Weather » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Amber Weather » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Amber Weather app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Amber Weather servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Amber Weather" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Amber Weather app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Amber Weather might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Amber Weather. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Amber Weather then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Amber Weather not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Amber Weather be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Amber Weather not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Amber Weather may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
