1. May need to develop some sort of wrap around capability projection in the software that can be seen on your phone.The clarity is amazing, and a really excellent zoom enables me to get a "lash by lash" view to apply mascara flawlessly.

2. Needed a mirror to install my hearing aids when I was having an issue trying to get them in my ear in the dark, downloaded the mirror Plus app and was able to see where I needed to go with my fingers to install my hearing aids.

3. It's slightly grainy indoors but honestly the app is only limited by your front-facing camera's (FFC) aperture, pixel count and the phone's processing power.

1. Fix Mirror Plus Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Mirror Plus: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Mirror Plus App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Mirror Plus" » Open Mirror Plus - HD Mirror app » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Mirror Plus » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Mirror Plus - HD Mirror app app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Mirror Plus servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Mirror Plus - HD Mirror app" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Mirror Plus app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Mirror Plus might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Mirror Plus. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Mirror Plus then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Mirror Plus not working

2. Fix Mirror Plus Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Mirror Plus be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Mirror Plus not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Mirror Plus may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
