Please fix this bug.Very slow at uploading reports 70mb took over 5min on wireless NBN , didn't even finish the upload, came up with error failed to upload please try again, if I had a dollar for everytime that has happened on multiple different internet connections, something has changed for the worse, use to be a decent programDefinitely not working the same on Android as on ios.

2. The only way to go back is to close the app!!!Updated the App and now can't sign in just have a ridiculous splash screen telling me my free trial has ended ridiculous has cost me a days work.Can't delete saved forms from Saved forms tab.

3. Formitize support just saying: "There's no issues, it must be our internet connection..." Wow what a joke.😡🤬🤬 If you use formitize use iPhones and iPads... it will save you loads of headaches and frustrations!!!!Literally the worst app imaginable.

4. This platform is there to reduce workloads and time spent on paperwork and to streamline a business hopefully something is done soon by FORMITIZE on the backend to fix all these issues.The best smart business solution I I ever used.

5. I honestly think monkeys could do a better job at making this app work.Won't open any files on an S21, worked fine on my s10 but now just hangs at loading screen.Can't use text properly with ipad.

1. Fix Formitize Forms Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Formitize Forms: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Formitize Forms App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Formitize Forms" » Open Formitize Forms » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Formitize Forms » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Formitize Forms app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Formitize Forms servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Formitize Forms" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Formitize Forms app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Formitize Forms might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Formitize Forms. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Formitize Forms then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Formitize Forms not working

2. Fix Formitize Forms Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Formitize Forms be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Formitize Forms not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Formitize Forms may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
