Why should I report an Issue with 24me: Calendar, Tasks, Notes?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.
2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of 24me to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. In other words I'd like to make notes with no ending date and for them not to appear in calendar view.Perfect for people with ADHD! There's a calender, tasks and notes in the app with a user-friendly interface! In the alarm options you can have the procrastination assistant which is a life-saver! You're not obligated to have premium unlike other apps; the basic fonctions to be organized are available.

2. I'm thrilled.It is not user-friendly when I read the tutorial and I click on the button it tells me it is not the same thing that I see on that screen impossible try to switch it from military timeVery good app, very close to I was looking for from a time management app.

3. Response to developer: I can't find that.I've only had this app a short time and so far I'm finding it very good, mainly for one big reason: Calendar, Tasks and Notes all in one package.

Will up to 5 when done!I would give it a five except for it does not connect to Microsoft Exchange and Google is not the only system out there so I'm uninstalling it obviously but I would really like it but it would have to connect to Microsoft Exchange or office 365I like the look, the functionality, cross platform use BUT every time I open the app it asks for location access "so I can see the weather".

5. In saying that, one feature I would love to see implemented is the ability to remove due date/all day setting from the notes section and for the said note not to appear in calendar view.

6. I also suggest that when looking at the screen of all Notes, it would be great to see the color of each note.*Edit 4 stars from 3 ; developer said they're fixing.

7. But I would add a few features or functionalities 1- allow to swipe to change between the 3 main tabs 2- Allow the creation of different intensities of notifications, like going from a simple sound notification to a popup notification to an alarm.

8. The app was pretty good but when I went to link accounts from Alexa Google and Facebook it hung on a white screen with the menu and would not show any tasks.

9. They are set to default to none so that no apps will ever default to a reminder for an meeting or task or any type of appt or calendar event.

10. I don't have time to mess around with the app and troubleshoot with the developer so for now I am switching apps.

1. Fix 24me Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart 24me: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the 24me App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "24me" » Open 24me: Calendar, Tasks, Notes » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for 24me » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear 24me: Calendar, Tasks, Notes app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from 24me servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "24me: Calendar, Tasks, Notes" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check 24me app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, 24me might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall 24me. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall 24me then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing 24me not working

2. Fix 24me Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make 24me be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to 24me not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, 24me may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
