1. I love the drawing prompts, the nice community, seeing other people's art, and everything in between.

2. Yeah!! People and places are the biggest challenges, but I usually get something that fits.I'm loving this app so far, it's great daily practise + inspiration for when you don't know what to draw.

3. An improvement could be a way to upload video digital animations because I've thought of ways to make the drawing an animation but then after i spent my entire day working on it; it seemed to not work, unless i missed something but i enjoy it a lot.

4. It helped me get back into sketching daily because I found some prompts unique and challenging- in a good way, the kind that make you think outside of the box.

5. I do wish the chat feature wasn't only for gold membership since long comment threads can feel a little disorganized.Like the challenges.

1. Fix Sketch a Day Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Sketch a Day: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Sketch a Day App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Sketch a Day" » Open Sketch a Day: what to draw » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Sketch a Day » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Sketch a Day: what to draw app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Sketch a Day servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Sketch a Day: what to draw" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Sketch a Day app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Sketch a Day might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Sketch a Day. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Sketch a Day then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Sketch a Day not working

2. Fix Sketch a Day Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Sketch a Day be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Sketch a Day not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Sketch a Day may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
