1. Great app! Finally an app that gives me just what I want, quickly and easily, in an easy to read large font, for where I am! The state of the tide just the way I would tell someone, namely, "The last (high/low) was at (time), which was (hours & minutes) ago, and the next (high/low) is at (time), which is (hours & minutes) from now.". Similarly for the next sunrise/sunset and moonrise/moonset event (plus percentage of moon!).
2. If we go out in the marsh I'd check to make sure the water is high enough to paddle back.Great app! Just figure out which USGS tidal monitoring station is nearest and most appropriate for you, locate it from the menu and the tide info you want will always be a couple of taps away.
3. Furthermore, you can watch a short video (5-30 seconds) to remove all ads for three whole days!! Hands down the best tide tracker for any vacation.Decent data, but sadly crippled by its user interface.
4. A friend has the same app on his phone and on one fishing trip the tide prediction for the same time, date and location were different from what was displayed on my phone.
5. Also, we have a creek that changes its level with the tides, so if it's very rainy, we check the tide and watch for flooding.
6. We timed our sight seeing so we could return at high tide (the beach disappeared, by the way, at high tide) and then at low tide to play in the water.
7. Has a large list of Tide stations and also shows the current (ebb, slack, flood) at the bay entrances.
8. Rather than show a map of possible tide prediction locations, you must specify state, then city, then "point xyz".
9. I wish when you looked at the map you could select different tide zones as markers on the map instead of finding the names if you're unfamiliar with the location.
10. It's easy! The app works very well at predicting the tide levels.
11. Well done!Intuitive, fast access to nearest tide stations (SF Bay for me).
