1. ***EDIT*** I gave it another chance and it made me late for work yet again.Perfect for heavy sleepers, didn't know my phone could get this loud! Edit: this app has been problematic lately, it doesn't go off unless you have the app opened in the background which can screw you over but thats not a big deal, the main problem is the alarms sometimes don't go off at the right time for example I set an alarm for 8:10 and it went of at 8:15 and I have no clue why, still could wake the dead thoughThis app actually works, unlike the other two I tried.

2. (This never used to be an issue) Unless they fix this issue which has been seemingly going on for months now, I wouldn't recommend using this alarm.Never had an issue in the beginning All of a sudden, if I don't lock my phone screen with the alarm app open, then my alarms don't go off.

3. I have been using it for a few years without issue, however, i have noticed an increase in the ads, which is fine but, when the alarm goes off and you try to hit dismiss you have to close out ad after ad.

4. My set alarms basically pick and choose when they want to work.The alarm doesn't go off anymore.

5. I stand right there and watch the last minute before it's due to go off, I use the Topsy Turvy alarm...... and when the time it was set for arrives...... Nothing happens.

7. The only i have been able to fix this, because the ads dont have an option to skip them, is to close out the Alarm App and reopen it.I set one alarm and it did not go off.

8. Also, it's not really needed but, the weather function does not work for me.This used to be the best alarm app.

9. But I did not think to do a test with my phone off, because my timer to wake up did not work.

10. The alarms on the other two would go off, but not play the music, so I literally had to be looking at my phone to know when it would be going off.

11. I had the app still running in the background while my phone was off and charging and it hasn't made a sound.

    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Alarm Clock - THE LOUDEST!" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Alarm Clock app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Alarm Clock might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Alarm Clock. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Alarm Clock then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Alarm Clock not working


2. Fix Alarm Clock Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Alarm Clock be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Alarm Clock not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Alarm Clock may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
