Worst of all, there is no in-app options to contact customer service .The app has so fun and grace reallly i like it we will use to talk with strangers we haven,t met good appIt's very fun to use until you see something you do want to see but I meet so friends on there I'm so thankful for this appI use to really like this app but now not so much you only get a couple free video calls now and also I spent 30 bucks plus tax and Thay was gone so fast I mean that's crazy basically a waste of money that's bad business where my coins get off to so fastI face a problem in that app , in every time i open the app , it ask me to login , and when i try to login , the app says that there is something wrong try again later.

2. You get disconnected on in a few secondsThis is just a scam to gain money here... In random video chat ... When it comnected to someone the video call automatically disconnected and then the girl/boy message came time to call... When you try to call it wants coins.... After seeing 10 ads they gives 10 coins and they finishes in seconds... So guys this is just a scam by seeing you girls videos from other side... The girl will never talkAll the women are fake here appointed by the app itself.

3. Nothing but fat ugly dudes without shirts on, and every time you try to cancel matchmaking, it gives you a 10 second video of some random girl winking at you before disconnecting.

4. Demanding you pay money to be matched with your preferred gender is a scam, because they'll take your coins, no doubt, but that's it.

5. I brought coins to match with females and they hang up and ask to call back, which in return charges coins/money.

6. All they have is a bot which doesn't know anythingThere are lots of people to meet and by people I mean lots of guys as you'll barely ever meet a girl unless you pay.

7. I want my money back!!! Edit: There's not a single human in the app to listen to you.

8. I bought like 500 coins in the evening.

9. Next morning it was down to 6 coins for no reason.

10. There is no way to tell why or where your coins went.

1. Fix Omega Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Omega: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Omega App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Omega" » Open Omega - Live video call & chat » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Omega » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Omega - Live video call & chat app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Omega servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Omega - Live video call & chat" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Omega app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Omega might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Omega. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Omega then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Omega not working

2. Fix Omega Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Omega be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Omega not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Omega may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
