I clicked on pdf then clicked on upload and when i clicked on the document i wanted to convert, it brought me back to the main screen and didnt show anything but what i saw when i first opened the app so i clicked on convert and i got a message to pick a file.thats all it does.endless loop of this.there is nothing to tell you how to convert.One app allowing you to convert to any widely used formats.

It would just tell you converting from 0% and without loading to 100% tell you successful only to check your storage and discover nothing was converted.Was never able to convert a single file, wasn't even able to upload a file to be converted as the app would immediately stop working.Useless app.

3. Don't install , it's just wastage of your data.I really felt a deep relief when i came in contact with this app, its simply unique! Yet i'm still nt satisfy with my coversions from pdf to word, when i convert, the document still remain as pdf in its folder.No matter what anyone else thinks I like this and give you all 5 stars.

4. It says it can convert ANY file, but once I tried to load 45MB tiff to convert to jpg, it crashed.

1. Fix All File Converter Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart All File Converter: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the All File Converter App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "All File Converter" » Open All File Converter » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for All File Converter » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear All File Converter app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from All File Converter servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "All File Converter" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check All File Converter app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, All File Converter might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall All File Converter. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall All File Converter then reinstall.
