There's a major bug. If you use outline pen for comics in weak device (Iphone 7, Ipad 1) it crashes all the time. Hope you fix this bug asap because I need to finish my comic!!

Someone I know worked an art piece for two days and when he clicked the "my gallery", there was a dialogue box saying that "a thumbnail image of artwork doesn't exist. Would you like to recreate now?" and it is due tomorrow. I don't know how to restore this in the ibispaintx app. he doesn't have an account too.

I was working on a drawing for about 2 hours today and it said it was corrupted when there was nothing wrong with it at all. It then restored on it's own and the drawing got reset to a blank canvas. What do I do?

Hi! so forgive my bad english! So its not abnormal to my ibis paint x files to be damage, but it always appears to option to restore it and it doesnt annoys me. Yesterday it happened the same, i still have to option to restore it, but it just STOPS AT 5% and i have store in my devise, like 4GB so it is not that. I tried 15 times and its the same . PLEASE HELP ME!

Hi I turned on Ibis paint this morning and all my artwork is gone!I haven't really backed much of it up so I am really upset and I am also doing an animation so I will have to start again I have had Ibis paint for two years now so I don't understand why it's done this now!

I have been using ibis paint X for about 1 year now and I love this app and all the choices we have for example the brushes, the gallery for screen or fabric backgrounds etc only I have installed ibis paint X on my Samsung tablet galaxy TAB E T560 version Android 4.4.4 a few months ago and at the beginning when I started to draw I finished noting that when I had to put the shadows or when I finished my drawing and that I go to layer above, points have started to appear where there is color on my drawing not pixels but points as if it were on a grid so to speak. at the beginning I thought that its not really bothering me but now its becoming really annoying as I am a "professional" its spoils a bit what I did I uninstall and reinstall the application but it is still the same and yet I have another tablet Samsung galaxy T230 version Android 4.4.2 which the application has been installed for a very long time and there is no such problem. I tried to see if people had this kind of problem too but I couldn't find anything, so would this be a bug or some other problem? Anyway, it's all to ask you if it could be sorted out, please, because it's very annoying.

hi. i've used ibis paint x for a while and it's been pretty good. but a bit ago i was drawing on it and my entire tablet froze. i shut it down and turn it back on, go to ibis paint x, and the art work i was working on for 2 hours is just gone. nothing but an empty canvas. i tried to fix it with playback and it still only shows up as an empty canvas. even the file size is very small. i cant find a way to get the art back, and it's really a bother that all of that work is just gone. please help me get it back.

i want to complain about "artwork error" i can't open my artwork and can't save it it says " some damage is detected in artwork files but can't restore it because can't open it ". can it be fixed? thanks.

When sizing the canvas, the width and height in mm keep switching by themselves. I will save it as 303mm width and 216mm height and when I check again it will swap to 216mm width and 303mm height?

I was wondering why ibis was crash in on my phone and so I was told to try and uninstall it then install it back on my phone, and that's what I did but now all of my artworks are gone.. I'm new to ibis so I don't know what to do, I'm sorry.

Hi! I’m a user since 2018. This problem started happening early 2021 March. I’m trying to draw but any time I use my music app, Spotify, or my podcasts app, Apple Podcasts, the app always stops it abruptly in short intervals and it’s really annoying. Please fix this.

I accidentally deleted my IbisPaint X and now all of my artworks are gone. I already logged in my twt acc @beomgyued_ but it still doesnt work. Pls help me.

Hello! I payed to remove ads back in 2016 and have recently gotten a new phone. Before I had no trouble restoring purchased rights, but I have not been able to restore these rights with this phone. It was purchased using this email when I was young hence the awkward name, but would really like these purchased rights back. If there is anything I can do or need to attach, I will. When i use the undo button it leaves a white rectangle trace

Keep downloading the same image as a PNG but it keeps downloading it as a JPEG and I hate JPEG‘s and can’t use in the game making tool I use can you please tell me why I keep getting a jpeg

I've been using ibispaint for a few years now, yet I have never stumbled upon a problem like this.
Everytime I try to open Files such as pictures to use as references for my artwork, ibispaint crashes.
I am on the Samsung tab s6 Lite.
I hope I can get some help rather soon, since I'm working on some important stuff.
I have tried restarting my device, and I also reinstalled ibispaint.

i want to report a weird bug thats happening to me. Every single watercolor brush in ibis (ex. watercolor opaque) dont work at all. Instead of being able to mix 2 colors together it turns the first color white. I promise ive done everything to do to fix it and ive been using ibis for 3 years and have never had this happen to me. Please help me fix this as soon as possible

I enter my Twitter account but it doesn't save my artwork, so is there a way that I can recover it? Please I'm begging you.

Hi, I've been having a problem since the latest ubdate. Since the latest ubdate I haven't been able to import any photos in ibis. Whenever I tried importing a photo it would leave the screen frozen or make the screen black, so I tried deleting some drawings of mine but that didn't help. Please if there is anyway I can fix this tell me. Because ibis paint x is an amazing app and I don't want to delete it. So please if there is anyway I can fix this tell me please.

I’ve been having trouble accessing and restoring a damaged art work. The app started crashing whenever I tried to edit the work but now it’s just giving me an error message asking me to restore the file by playback. It only ends up getting 5% of the way done before the app crashes and I have to go back and try again. I’ve tried restoring by playback from both the error pop up and information screen multiple times. I’ve spent about 14 hours on the work and would prefer not to loose it. If you could help that would be great, thanks.

Hello! My name is Toby, I have been using Ibis for over 4 years now, and have had a smooth, undisturbed and overall very pleasant experience using this app until just a few months ago I believe. I am reporting a couple bugs I have run into, and also providing a list of brushes that have been affected! I went through every brush to identify each one so that it may be easier to rule out the cause of each issue. I will also provide information about the device I use!

- Invisible Brush Bug
This bug is recreated simply by attempting to use one of the brushes listed below. No brush stroke will appear, nothing will happen when the brush is used. It seems to be an issue within the (Water) brushes.

- Crashing Trouble
This bug is recreated by using any of the brushes listed below, and then attempting to erase the brush stroke. The app immediately freezes and will remain unresponsive until the tab is closed and the app is reopened. It is possible to counter this crash by using another brush that is not affected just before erasing, a simple and easy counter though rather inconvenient.

I have been using Ibis for two years. My art has majorly improved and it's a fantastic app and I highly recommend it. However, recently, many, several even, of the pens do not work at all. Brushes with softness, particles, etc., like the airbrushes and soft pens, refuse to work. Even when they do, it's just a big blob and it doesn't move from there. This includes erasers and blurs too. They just don't work. I've deleted and reinstalled the app (losing four thousand canvases in the process may I add), and it did not solve the problem. Please look into this.
