Why should I report an Issue with RaiNews?

1. Please fix that.Good package of information, written and in video format.. Pity that it crash so often that it become impossible to follow the newsEvery time I open.an article it crashes after 30 seconds.

2. Why don't you ask BBC News how to build a decent application?Often have to restart the app to get it to load the home page.after few second the APP crash and stop, it is almost impossible to watch the news.

3. Either remove the option 'Leggi' from the alert or make it work properly; see why I say half-baked?In my new S20 Ultra, the application keeps crashing a few seconds after opening.

5. This bug has to be fixed, please.The app was working perfectly fine untill they decided to "update" it and now there is no night mode and the letter size is smaller.

1. Fix RaiNews Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart RaiNews: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the RaiNews App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "RaiNews" » Open RaiNews » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for RaiNews » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear RaiNews app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from RaiNews servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "RaiNews" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check RaiNews app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, RaiNews might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall RaiNews. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall RaiNews then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing RaiNews not working

2. Fix RaiNews Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make RaiNews be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to RaiNews not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, RaiNews may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
