1. An otherwise superb app and will rate 5 stars again if rectified.Both my kids and I have loved this, I like all the classical but it would be nice to have a variety of pop or country or something tooLove this game, but recently noticed that some of the keys don't make any sound when played.Loved this app on my Kyocera Hydro Life, so much that I bought the full version, but on my new Kyocera Hydro Wave, some of the keys make the wrong sound!! Please fix this!!I love this game but some keys are not being heard when pressed.

2. Other than that fantastic app.I have the same problem as a few others', there is no sound sometimes, even after pressing the right keys.Enjoyed this app across three different phones but the app is now unusable with the Xperia Z5 - keys produce the wrong sound when pressed.

3. This time I reinstalled it but it freezes after every note on each song please fix this bug thanksI love this app, it's a lot of but the one thing I love about it the most is that it teaches you how to play piano.I love this app since 2010....I love this app.

4. My biggest problem well really my only problem is trying to press 3 or more keys at once...my phone won't do it.

1. Fix Piano Master Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Piano Master: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Piano Master App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Piano Master" » Open Piano Master » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Piano Master » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Piano Master app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Piano Master servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Piano Master" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Piano Master app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Piano Master might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Piano Master. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Piano Master then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Piano Master not working

2. Fix Piano Master Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Piano Master be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Piano Master not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Piano Master may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
