1. Hope it lasts!Sorry for the one star but the first impression was so bad firstly grabbed my money without having a clue what's all about and created a subscription monthly but gave me 6 days of free trial when I started after all preparation guess what? Can't login with email, same with Google account also can't copy paste pass in email login full of errors everywhere this app is probably In beta stage but they ask too much money for monthly subscriptions trimonthly yearly etc.

2. Price lower and you will sell more.I asked for cancellation and instead of doing that, you decide to take more money out of my account..... Even now I can cancel my subscription from these modern crooks.I still tried unlocking mussila planets there was an unfortunate error with mussila planets because of the monsoon storm but my 7 and a half year old daughter loves mussila planets but it said purchase has failed😔😔😔!!!It deliberately makes me wrong.

3. Please fix the app.My daughter loved it however, I refuse to put my payment info into google play so i went to their website to do the trial.

4. the website states that there's a 7 days free trial but we haven't been able to cancel it.

5. It's expensive, but if your kid gets use out of it, they should be able to skip physical lessons teaching basic music theory.Update: turns out the team was on Christmas break.

6. I had to click on buy here to finally get to an area to login and then it wouldnt let me delete my payment info after i cancelled the trial.

7. The best way I've seen to start on music literacy, it's engaging and fair share of game and learning.The only beginners app for 6 year olds.

3. Clear Mussila Music app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Mussila Music servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Mussila Music" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Mussila Music app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Mussila Music might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Mussila Music. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Mussila Music then reinstall.
