1. But please add an fortnightly recurring bookings option.The overall design is good but every time I want to access plans, files, notes, photos ect nothing comes up.
2. HOWEVER, I've just contacted customer service via the instant chat (says it responds in a few minutes) first 2 replies that were just paasing security questions I got a reply in 8 minutes which was all good; then I typed up my simple quest 60 min later, still no reply...Absolutely shocking.
3. They then tell us that GeoOp is becoming redundant and that they are NOT going to spend any more time to fix it up and that I should switch to GeoNext.
4. We spoke about how I would buy GeoNext and utilise GeoOp as information storage for free for ages.
5. Tells me that because I have so much information on Geoop that I would only have to pay for GeoNext and I would be able to use GeoOp to retain all of my information.
6. - if you press back on your phone it just exits the app and you have to login every time it opens; but the rest of the app was good.
7. If I could give this app less stars I wouldLiked this app at first but after a couple months and after subscription I realised I'm not utilizing the app so wanted to discontinue using it.
8. It means I would have to manually re-create every job my team have ever done, input any notes in the system, copy any photos and attach to each job.
9. It's time consuming and extremely vexingThe app crashes and freezes all the time on galaxy s22 ultra and galaxy tab 8.
10. There is no way within the app to cancel the subscription ND I have emailed the support team with no reply going on 2 mnths now.
11. App crashes, Work Schedule when updated/edited can repeat so you get multiples of the same jobs.
