1. This app is great and does exactly what I need it to (even monitoring Google and YouTube searches), but be careful with the automatic "accountability buddy" thing because it eventually started glitching for me and disappearing after a split second, making it impossible for me to change certain settings that were either buggy or I had just turned on while setting up the app but didn't actually need.

3. Otherwise, it's a great app I've recommended to friendsIt works well, and I'm glad it's available, but there's one big problem for me: it randomly changes settings.
4. But... recently, they introduced an "Allow Right Away" option which allows you to pay $5 or $10 to turn off the blocker... which makes the app useless.
5. Also, if I'm trying to report something (a comment/post) as containing inappropriate material, it prevents me from doing that and kicks me out of the app.This is a really great app and I love the community section it has.
6. I was disappointed to hear that they don't have any plans to allow the user to disable this option.This app is a scam.
7. For free users, all you're allowed to do is block one key word, one website, and one app (not to mention that you'll be bombarded with ads) .
8. The problem with the free version is that people with self control problems can just turn it off.
9. They say that by paying there is no way to uninstal yet on the app all you have to do is flip a switch and turn the uninstall feature off.
10. My only issue is the fact that even if you get lifelong premium, there are still certain features and programs you have to pay for despite spending $125-$200 on lifelong premium.
11. However, for the basic blocking, it doesn't work.
Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix BlockerX Issues
1. Fix BlockerX Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:
- Restart BlockerX: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
- Update the BlockerX App. Here is how:
- On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "BlockerX" » Open BlockerX: Porn Blocker » click "Update".
- On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for BlockerX » click "UPDATE".
- Clear BlockerX: Porn Blocker app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from BlockerX servers.
- On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "BlockerX: Porn Blocker" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
- Check BlockerX app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, BlockerX might not work.
- Uninstall and reinstall BlockerX. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall BlockerX then reinstall.
- Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing BlockerX not working
2. Fix BlockerX Server issues & Internet Connection
- Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make BlockerX be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
- Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to BlockerX not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
- Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, BlockerX may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

Hi customer service, I have your app installed for sometime now and it worked wonderful for a while. But now the pornblocker switch does not stay on anymore for some reason.
