1. Finally, what is this drawer on the left : it's totally empty, says "pas d'applications Cozy trouvées" and there seems to be no way of adding any.Design looks very good but why does everything open up the web browser? Would much rather the photo gallery be accessed directly in app.It was a good app until I lost all of my photos I don't know what happened to theme the photos I had on my old phone that was on the app is gone now....Wow, I am delighted to learn that cozy has a mobile app! Cozy cloud is my favorite and primary cloud storage, thank you very much!!!A cloud out of The Clouds is nice.

2. The application looks nice but there are many things I don't understand : why does it keep telling me "Connectez vous au réseau wifi" even tough I am connected through wifi (and deactivated mobile connection) ?! Besides, I cannot see the files I added in the shared directory on my PC.

1. Fix Cozy Drive Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Cozy Drive: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Cozy Drive App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Cozy Drive" » Open Cozy Drive » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Cozy Drive » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Cozy Drive app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Cozy Drive servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Cozy Drive" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Cozy Drive app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Cozy Drive might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Cozy Drive. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Cozy Drive then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Cozy Drive not working

2. Fix Cozy Drive Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Cozy Drive be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Cozy Drive not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Cozy Drive may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
