1. I request to fix this problems.This is such a great app i love it it's very easy to use the app even the ads which are appearing from past few days are basically so much better than compared to other apps but the only problem in some times the app suddenly goes blank and i have to exit and then open the app again and sometimes some videos I'm not able to upload, i request moj to clear these problems ☺️ Thank you for reading 🙏Horrible experience with adds.

2. If some one reply this then its ok other wise i will start reporting for this app with all my friends phones...To, Whomever it may concern Sirs, I am a new user on moj, whenever I try to upload my videos it takes lots of time and consumes too much of my data.

3. Remove that feature and if the video completed it should play again like old update..Fist of all the app is crashing sometime without telling reason like network not available where all other apps are working.

4. There are lot of problems in this app like it uses my 1 GB of data to watch mojs and while uploading 1 video it uses a lot of time and lot of data.

5. I am a teacher by profession and keen to teach French , German and Shona through the app but has no option to go live like other apps and most of the time doesn't even open despite high speed net.

6. It uses 500+ MB of data to upload a one video of 10-20 seconds.

7. When our video gets like the like count doesn't update in the video and in profile .

8. Atleast a voice message option should be given.I received app notification few days back saying that I have been selected for MFC.

9. When we upload 5 videos one by one the video lags too much .

10. It says unable to initialize the player and then the video gets deleted.

11. After the video finishes everytime it's asking Replay or Swipe up.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Moj Issues

1. Fix Moj Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Moj: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Moj App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Moj" » Open Moj: Viral Short Videos » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Moj » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Moj: Viral Short Videos app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Moj servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Moj: Viral Short Videos" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Moj app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Moj might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Moj. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Moj then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Moj not working


2. Fix Moj Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Moj be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Moj not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Moj may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
