1. Earlier post: App is good, nevertheless an issue is noticed at the bottom of every news after the app upgrade in "What is your reaction section", infact while giving votes, the Sad emoji (last one) 😔 doesn't appear.

2. Superbly irritating.I used your app for many years and after your latest UI update, it takes alot to swipe the news pages.

3. From the latest update it demands high speed internet to provide full page news to be read.

4. When you read a news and then swipe back to the main page then click on some other news to read, the app hangs most of the time.

5. I have been using this app since 5-6 years.With every updates it is becoming difficult for the users to experience a smooth reading.

7. Suggest to reduce the number of emojis to fit in the mobile screen; and also keep Sad emoji too at appropriate place!The new updates have destroyed the old charm of the app.

1. Fix Mathrubhumi Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Mathrubhumi: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Mathrubhumi App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Mathrubhumi" » Open Mathrubhumi » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Mathrubhumi » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Mathrubhumi app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Mathrubhumi servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Mathrubhumi" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Mathrubhumi app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Mathrubhumi might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Mathrubhumi. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Mathrubhumi then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Mathrubhumi not working

2. Fix Mathrubhumi Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Mathrubhumi be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Mathrubhumi not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Mathrubhumi may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
