1. Since I only get one or two books a month it's not too inconvenient to have to go to the site to buy them.App works well and I love supporting my local bookstore! Not having to give my money to Amazon makes this app worth my minor complaints: while the app can play on bluetooth devices, it's not compatible enough to be able to pause using the bluetooth device.

2. Haven't yet crossreferenced whether "audible exclusives" are availabile in Libro.Great Audiobook app! It also helps support your local independent bookstore of choice, which is my favorite part.

1. Fix Libro.fm Audiobooks Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Libro.fm Audiobooks: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Libro.fm Audiobooks App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Libro.fm Audiobooks" » Open Libro.fm Audiobooks » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Libro.fm Audiobooks » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Libro.fm Audiobooks app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Libro.fm Audiobooks servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Libro.fm Audiobooks" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Libro.fm Audiobooks app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Libro.fm Audiobooks might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Libro.fm Audiobooks. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Libro.fm Audiobooks then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Libro.fm Audiobooks not working

2. Fix Libro.fm Audiobooks Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Libro.fm Audiobooks be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Libro.fm Audiobooks not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Libro.fm Audiobooks may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
