1. I enjoyed this app so much , it will be more nice if you fix these.Okay I'll be honest I love this game!!! ... But I also have complaints... U see I was hoping we would be able to reset our profile pics so we can start as a different character or user instead of uninstalling the app... Don't get me wrong I really love it but I was hoping to change my profile.. It would mean a lot if u added that 🙏❤❤.... Okay one last thing is there a way I can allow us to highlight a message so we can send messages and people will know who we r referring toThis is so amazing app, l can talk with real-life fairies and also l can make new friends, and l can turn my self in to some movie characters, but there is a problem in this app that we are loosing stars but that's okay we all can fix it by collecting more stars, l love it thank you..❤️I used this app before.

2. 😙😘😍 Now,there is one request please bring some new winx club games for free Most good or amazing games are very costly and who will spend money on games Not many I thing soI don't know what happen this app but it couldn't work on my phone it shows the recommended app and not start but I want to start this app because I am a big fan of winx club and also the fate winx saga and please prey to God that Netflix change its decision and release season three I think everyone waiting for it .😊😭👀There are no moderators or rules in this app.

3. The timings are dodgy.Well..I Don't Know Anything About This App.I Watch Winx Club..I Tried Alot To Download This App From My 2 Google Accounts..!But It's Not Coming! Data&Time Is Waste!!💔..This Is So Bad! I Tried A Lot! They're No Problems In My Phone!.. Why It's Not Coming?? I Tried With My Sister's Phone Too It's Installed In There But..When I Opened It, It Shows A Message Saying "Your Device Is Not Allowed To Use This App"..It's So Bad!! If I Could Give It 0Stars..Then I'll Do!!Hate This App!!😤😡😠💔Sorry but I am very very disappointed to this app.

I installed it, when i tried to launch it, it just dropped out from the app and there was an pop up like "unfortunately the app was stopped..."I like this app,but there are some problems in this app,we can't unsend (delete)a message,if we can find what is the time,I mean we all are from different country,so different time,so we can know what is the time in their place,I think these are the problems and suggestions that I thinkI love this app.

5. 2) When I sent a message in chat , I can see it but when I refresh the page my chat is not there.3) I had good net connection but when I send a message it's loading.

6. I love this app , I can get updates about winx and even chat with winx fans.

7. I can get all the updates from it and can chat with winx club fans.

8. A lot of fake people claiming they are real winx characters.

9. A lot of prople who don't express that many opinions on Winx Club.

10. But four problems.1) We can't delete a message we sent.

11. 4)Some messages are not shown , after refreshing the page only I can see some hidden messages of others.

   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for FairyNews!! » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear FairyNews!! app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from FairyNews!! servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "FairyNews!!" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check FairyNews!! app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, FairyNews!! might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall FairyNews!!. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall FairyNews!! then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing FairyNews!! not working

2. Fix FairyNews!! Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make FairyNews!! be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to FairyNews!! not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, FairyNews!! may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
