1. I enjoy the app, it's good vocab practice However, my only issue is that I can't unlock the flashcards without doing all the word games, some of which take quite a long time as you are frequently repeating words and some of the games are just not so relevant for my study goals, pinyin, character drawing, and traditional vs simplified.Everything is great about the app except it doesn't have a workable slider in the dictionary list.
2. all of these are minor and I'm very happy to have this app.Best Chinese learning app, hands down! It has everything from characters to sentences, pronunciation, stroke order and count, simple and traditional, and verity of learning games.
3. Will be getting the paid version!這個是最好!This app is phenomenal! It is very straight forward and there are lots of different ways to practice! I have learned a lot using the pronunciation exercises and the brand new listening exercises! This app is practically perfect! I would definitely recommend it! To note though, sometimes the English translations are slightly off.
4. I'd love to see an AI chat feature get added!Lots of different games that focus on learning different parts of Mandarin (spelling, pronunciation, grammar, etc).
5. And best of all no subscribing required, only a one-time payment to enjoy no ads, free updates for life, and unlocking tones of full features.I don't think you can learn Chinese from this app, but I think it's a great supplement to other apps and books.
6. Swiping multiple times to get the bottom or middle of the list is so irritating. This app is so easy to use and I love it because I have problem to remember chinese character but I know pinyin so this app help me alot.
7. My only issue is some of the audio uses sound effects that make it too obvious what the correct answer is - I know the answer has 出租车 in it when I hear car noises.Great app to supplement your Mandarin learning.
8. The Chinese characters practice is just what I was looking for: teaches you the proper way to write and defines the characters, and there is a fun and fast paced game mode for that too.
9. Excellent Chinese learning app that lets you practice your skills in a game form.
10. Also, some of the games can be played silently, like the hanzi character games, so it's an option when you have some time to fill in public (like waiting in a line).
11. There are a few rough points in the app, such as some of the picture cards don't make much sense, i still haven't figured out the intended use for the system that allows you to star words, and the awards screen freezes if you try to back out of it instead of clicking on the award.
