1. I have a Samsung Galaxy 9+ phone and the App shows full screen, which covers the phone's control icons for Back, Home etc.

2. However when I download it by transfer from old tablet to new the buttons work but I can't access settings and when I tap any icon on the bottom it goes off screen.

3. I can also rotate the phone to make it work, but it would be so much nicer if the App did not cover the phone's onscreen controls.

1. Fix Service Report 2018 Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Service Report 2018: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
