1. When my friend made me install the app i thought am good to go but after a while when i am listening to news the radio will go mute for a while then restart again this happen most with BBC station .

1. Fix Hausa Radio Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Hausa Radio: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Hausa Radio App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Hausa Radio" » Open Hausa Radio » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Hausa Radio » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Hausa Radio app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Hausa Radio servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Hausa Radio" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Hausa Radio app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Hausa Radio might not work.
